Annual dues are $50.00.

To apply for membership simply answer the questions to the left and select whether you wish to submit your application and dues payment via (1) PayPal electronically online (credit cards accepted) or (2) mail/fax accompanied by a check or money order.  Then click "continue".  Please be sure to create and enter, as well as record, a user name and password.

If paying via PayPal you will be directed automatically to the PayPal website.  Simply follow the directions to complete the transaction.

If paying by check or money order, your application information will be displayed on the subsequent screen for printing.  Simply print the screen and mail along with a check or money order to the address below.  You may also fax your application and follow up by mailing your check or money order for the annual dues.
